I know Kee can be compromised if someone has access to the local machine, but let's be honest if they are on your local machine remotely, you may as well just give them your passwords. We use 1Pass for work, it's been compromised, lastpass, and others have been as well. I know this is silly because it's encrypted, but I just don't even like the idea of someone having an encrypted copy of the DB. I think my biggest concern is keeping the DB in the cloud. I'm honestly so happy I could get my 70-year-old mother on a PW manager and BW seemed like a great choice. I have my parents on BW so I'm not completely unfamiliar with it. I currently use KeePass (or forks of KeePass on linux, mac, and android) to do my own backup, and keep copies on hidden veracrypt partitions on and offsite.

While looking for (a better) authenticator app ( I already have Duo required for work and Google for just some random aws nonsense projects ) I noticed that BW has a TOTP built in.
